For the log on details you need to enter the user name and practice code (which is 802) in the user box together but separated by an underscore "_" symbol. For example you should now enter 1234_802 in the user box and the password in the password box. If you wish to register for use of the online facility as a new user could you please enquire at reception to obtain your on-line registration form. This can be done by phone or face to face when you are in the practice. It's very important that only genuine patients are granted internet access. The best way we can ensure this is to issue patients with a Registration Letter, which you must collect in person from your practice. You cannot create an account without one. When you have a Registration Letter you will be able to enter the information to create your account. |
